Designed after Armalite had sold their interest in (and patents for) the AR-15 rifle, the AR-18. Somewhat infamously, some of the most prominent users of the Armalite were on both sides of "The Troubles" in Ireland, being adopted by both Loyalist militia units and some factions of the Irish Republican Army, the latter embracing the arm to the point of it being the namesake of the "Armalite and Ballot Box Strategy" of the late 1980s. A limited number of these rifles were commercially imported by Springfield Armory prior to the 1986 registry cutoff. SOLD Madsen 50 Factory New-never assembled. PRE 86 DEALER SAMPLE (KEEPER). Frame and bolt only. Parts are inexpensive to complete the build. Manufactured by the Danish company Dansk Industri Syndikat, the Madsen M50 is a masterpiece of design simplicity its made up of two stamped pieces of sheet metal with each piece making up half the receiver. The M50 hinges open at the rear, a conical shaped barrel nut is screwed onto the two halves of the closed receiver to secure the weapon although you can still see the recoil spring through the gap on the top of the weapon. Chambered in 9mm it uses a conventional blowback mechanism. Form 3

This is an excellent example of a late production commercial Model 1928 Thompson submachine gun that was manufactured by the Auto-Ordnance Corporation of West Hurley, New York. Finned barrel, Thompson-Cutts style compensator, vertical fore grip, detachable buttstock and adjustable ladder rear sight. The left side of the receiver is marked "U.S. MODEL 1928 followed by "THOMPSON SUBMACHINE GUN/CALIBER .45M1". The right side is marked "AUTO-ORDNANCE CORPORATION/WEST HURLEY, NEW YORK, U.S.A." $3,200 A 1916 DWM Luger with a “Deathshead” (Totenkopf) marking is a rare and historically intriguing example of a World War I German service pistol. The Deathshead is a skull-and-crossbones symbol used by various German military units, most notably the G.R.P.R. flamethrower assault squads and later the Sturmbataillons in World War II. In the WWI context, it is often associated with tank crews, Freikorps units, or storm troopers. Gun was reworked for WWII. Matching numbers except mag. PENDING Rare variation of the MP40. Made during the final stages of WWII, this FIFTH PRODUCTION VARIANT is a 1943 bnz. The fifth and last variant of the MP40 differs from all others in several ways. The pistol grip/trigger guard assembly is permanently attached to the lower receiver. The rear sling holder and buffer housing are edged with a metal band. Identification is also different: the serial number is stamped on top of the lower receiver in transverse direction, contrary to all other MP40 variants. PENDING Rare Winchester Factory M2 Carbine. Not a kit or conversion. Manufactured by Winchester in May 1945 (Serial 7,264,XXX) as a M2 machine gun and falls within the correct Winchester M2 7,234.884 and 7,369.660 block of serial numbers. The U.S. M2 was manufactured concurrently with the M1 Carbine, and the very high parts interchangeability would let manufacturers produce receivers with all but the "1" or "2", and then fit the appropriate parts and apply the stamp as needed for the day. Winchester walnut stock, blade front and "PI" marked adjustable peep rear sight, with a "W" marked barrel, Type III barrel band, round bolt, milled trigger guard and Inland trigger housing.Very rare. Winchester made only 17,500 M2 carbines. Inland made 203,000.

SOLD C&R 1914 Lewis Gun. Not a kit but original. MFG Lewis BSA. Developed in America prior to World War I, the Lewis Gun holds the distinction of being one of the lightest automatic weapons of it's day (about 28 pounds unloaded) as well as the first weapon test fired from an aircraft.
It is a gas operated, full auto only action, charged by a reciprocating charging handle located on the left side. Armorers kit, extra barrel with two mags.
SOLD Introduced in 1939 and rushed into service for the Winter War, the Lahti L-39 fires a 20mm anti-tank round from a top-loaded magazine and was capable of successfully engaging the Soviet armor of the era. L-39s were also pressed into service for counter-sniper work. Measuring 85" long and weighing in at close to 110 pounds, the L-39 is fitted with a ported muzzle brake, a long vented hardwood barrel shroud, a dual-mode bipod with brass covered skids and swing-out spiked legs, crank-action cocking handle, smooth hardwood grips with an oversized steel handguard, wooden cheekpiece, and an adjustable rubber recoil pad. Included are four magazines with field cases, twenty rounds of live ammunition, a cleaning kit, and transport case.
